Testimonials
No stress...
You will learn things about yourself and your art that you never thought about before.
I desired art mentoring because I was thinking about developing my love of watercolor painting into an art business. I loved that Stephanie's painting style is so loose and messy and soft and I wanted to understand more about how she developed her style and how she evolved it into a business. And wow, I feel like we accomplished a tremendous amount in the couple of months we worked together. One of my main goals was to learn about the art licensing industry from Stephanie and I feel like I got such a valuable insider perspective from her. She shared very openly with me about the benefits and challenges of working in that industry and was so generous with her knowledge.
Stephanie was there all the time supporting me to just let go of my ultimate goals and have fun with my art. This was very important for me and opened me up to find a kind of freedom with painting that I hadn't experienced before. I also learned that not all pathways will be right for me, but that it's still incredibly valuable to walk down them anyways, because now I have the understanding of why they weren't right for me and I am at peace. Even though I ultimately decided to not pursue an art business, I am so grateful to have learned that art making is a valuable pursuit because of the way it allows my creativity to be expressed and me to feel fulfilled.
